I'm excited that my goal of exercising regularly is going so well. If I don't make it to the gym, I make sure to do 100 sit-ups a night. Everyone should try that. Do it in blocks. Maybe blocks of 10, or 25 even. Do a block, take a break. Last year I lost 20 pounds doing just that. It's a nice way to keep in shape when you don't have much time to work out. Just try to stay active.

Training the abs
I always wonder in the gym at the stamina of women doing sit-ups. I saw a woman doing 100 sit-ups withhout a break.
We have regular ab-sessions in our gym, which last about 15 minutes.
